Today PROVADA opens its doors for all motivated third- and fourth-year students who want to discover the construction and real estate sector, and perhaps even contribute to shaping the future of the Netherlands.
At PROVADA, you’ll meet organisations from across the entire sector: from government and housing associations to developers, investors and construction companies. A unique opportunity to discover where your interests lie and to ask professionals questions directly.
Start your day well
Early birds can start with breakfast at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, where the current theme space for Defensie is at the centre. What does this mean for the Netherlands, and what role can real estate play in it?
Prefer to join a little later? Then come to the main hall for the Student Opening Meeting, presented by none other than our very own Master in Real Estate: Wim van der Post. For many students, this is already a familiar face.
On stage, four inspiring real estate professionals share their experiences about their work, company, career and the challenges of this time. The PROVADA theme ‘All Stand Together’ truly comes to life here:
And yes — of course you can also simply ask why more student accommodation isn’t being built. Or how you’ll be able to get a home yourself later on. Ask anything you want to know.
Real Estate Expedition
After the opening session, from 12.30 pm you can take part in Real Estate Expedition (hall E102): an interactive tour of the exhibition floor, guided by young professionals from different organisations.
Along the way, you’ll visit multiple stands where you’ll be welcomed with lunch, an inspiring story or a fun activity. In this informal way, you get to know different facets of the sector — from developer to municipality and from broker to investor.
And just as importantly: you’ll get to know the PROVADA exhibition floor straight away. Always handy to know your way around.
Closing
After the tour, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the exhibition yourself and make new contacts. Many stands wrap up the day with a relaxed drink. And at Dynamis, you can join in the now legendary pub quiz.

During PROVADA, BouwLab R&Do and The Green Village will be providing the content programming for the Innovation Café. In collaboration with partners BPD, COD and VORM, and the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, and the DMI Ecosystem, one central question takes the lead: how do we move innovation faster from idea to application?
The fiscal threshold for foreign pension funds and insurers to invest in the Dutch housing market must be significantly lowered. That is the view of Mark Siezen, CEO of asset manager Bouwinvest. 'Foreign capital is absolutely essential to meet the enormous housing construction challenge. That requires a stable housing policy and fiscal climate. I am hopeful: the new minister recognises this and will act on it.'
Following the earlier announcement of the launch of the International Investment Day, PROVADA now presents the full programme for Thursday, 11 June 2026. As the largest real estate exhibition in the Netherlands, PROVADA brings together leading market parties for a day of insights, discussion and networking. The newly introduced international investment programme—developed in collaboration with INREV, Holland Metropole and the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning—offers international investors direct access to key developments, policy perspectives and investment opportunities in the Dutch market.
