What is the difference between an access badge for an exhibitor and an entrance ticket for a visitor?
The exhibitor badge shows 'exhibitor'. With an exhibitor badge you have access to the fair from 9:00 – 20:00. The visitor badge shows 'visitor'. With a visitor badge you have access during the opening hours of PROVADA, from 10:00 – 19:00.
Will all digital entrance tickets I order as an exhibitor be invoiced?
The actually registered (personalized) tickets will be invoiced. If you as an exhibitor order 100 entrance tickets from us and 50 are registered, then 50 tickets will be invoiced afterwards. The contractually agreed free entrance tickets will be deducted from the invoice. The invoice for registered entrance tickets will be sent after the fair. The above only applies to exhibitors of PROVADA.
Where can I sign up for the exhibitor newsletter?
The first and second contact persons automatically receive the newsletters for exhibitors. Have you not received the newsletter or do you also want to receive this newsletter? Then contact PROVADA via info@provada.nl or +31 (0)30 605 1424.
Am I allowed to conduct promotional activities during PROVADA?
It is not permitted to conduct promotional activities in the central areas of the fair. It is only permitted to conduct promotional activities at your own booth.

What is the deadline for the early booking discount at the RAI?
The RAI has multiple early booking discounts. If you would like to take advantage of these, you can find them in My PROVADA and in the RAI webshop.
