What can I arrange in the RAI Webshop?

Everything regarding facilities during the fair can be arranged in the RAI Webshop. Think for example of electricity, catering & internet.

How do I log in to the RAI Webshop?

The first contact person receives the login credentials by email. Not received or do you want to change the contact person? Then contact PROVADA via info@provada.nl or +31 (0)30 605 1424.

Am I allowed to use my own catering as an exhibitor?

RAI Catering is the exclusive caterer within the RAI. It is therefore not permitted to work with your own caterer at PROVADA, due to the hygiene regulations within RAI Amsterdam.

In addition to RAI catering, there are two other caterers that you can use without having to pay a buyout fee. These are Famous Flavours and BYLEI. If you would like to receive the contact details, please contact us via info@provada.nl or +31 (0)30 605 1424

If you still wish to use your own catering, you will have to pay a buyout fee to the RAI.
