What can I arrange in My PROVADA?
Through My PROVADA you can manage things such as tickets, entrance tickets or booth staff. You can order digital tickets, register booth staff and place orders via the webshop.
How do I log in to My PROVADA?
The login credentials are sent by email to the first and second contact person. Have you not received these or do you want to change the contact person? Then contact us via info@provada.nl or +31 (0)30 605 1424. Existing exhibitors can use their login credentials from last year. Please note, the email from provada.nl may end up in your spam folder.
We are at a booth with multiple parties, can I receive multiple login credentials for My PROVADA?
Yes, per company you can link a maximum of two contact persons. For this, please contact PROVADA via info@provada.nl or +31 (0)30 605 1424. The linked persons have all rights to place orders, register employees, etc.
