What can I arrange in Summit?
Through Summit (accessible from My PROVADA) you can add booth staff, order digital links for relations and order an online scanner. You receive the login as first contact person.
How do I buy tickets for relations as an exhibitor?
You send digital invitation links via 'Order Invitations'. Tickets cost €145 excl. VAT per piece and are only charged upon use. Unused links are not charged.
How do I register booth staff?
Register booth staff via Summit under 'Stand Staff'. Here you can add booth staff and assign badges, which are then sent to them by email. Please note: a (digital) passport photo of the booth staff member is required for registration.
How do I log in?
The first contact person receives the login credentials by email. Not received or do you want to change the contact person? Then contact PROVADA via info@provada.nl or +31 (0)30 605 1424.
