Wim van der Post

As a Knowledge Manager at the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (National Real Estate Agency), Wim works at the intersection of organizational development and strategic real estate knowledge. With the most diverse real estate portfolio in the Netherlands, creating economic and social value is always the central focus. In addition to the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, Wim also plays an active role as a guest professor at HoGent, as a lecturer, and as a chairperson, helping to shape the development of the real estate sector. It has also been a great honor for years to open the PROVADA student day on Thursday, where he inspires students by engaging with a full hall of eager learners—discussing future ambitions in real estate, tips for thriving careers, and internship opportunities that are arranged live by ‘the next generation’.
