In this session, concrete practical examples are at the heart of collaboration around data exchange in the real estate sector. The focus is on how organisations work together towards uniform standards, secure data exchange and scalable solutions.

Based on current initiatives, insights are provided into the challenges posed by fragmented data landscapes and how a shared “language” for data can help overcome them. Topics such as standardisation, security and governance are translated into tangible benefits: less complexity, lower costs, improved data quality and faster innovation.

The session shows how collaboration across the chain not only makes processes more efficient, but also lays the groundwork for future-ready applications such as AI and advanced analytics.
