At the Innovation Café, applicable innovations in area development take centre stage

During PROVADA, BouwLab R&Do and The Green Village will be providing the content programming for the Innovation Café. In collaboration with partners BPD, COD and VORM, and the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, and the DMI Ecosystem, one central question takes the lead: how do we move innovation faster from idea to application?

The Innovation Café will be a meeting place where practice, policy and renewal come together. Not loose visions of the future, but conversations and examples that show how new technologies, processes and collaborations can already add value today in area development and construction projects.

From inspiration to implementation

The programme takes a variety of areas and challenges as its starting point. From this practical context, we explore which innovations can contribute to acceleration, sustainability and better decision-making.

By linking innovations to concrete issues, a more realistic picture emerges of what works, what is scalable, and what is needed to actually embed innovation in projects. This shifts the focus from 'talking about innovation' to 'working with innovation'.

Room for encounter and experimentation

Alongside the content programme, the Innovation Café offers space for innovative solutions and initiators to share their approach and engage with visitors. This creates an accessible environment where ideas, experiences and collaborations come together.

The goal is not only knowledge sharing, but above all forging connections that lead to new projects and experiments.
