Trade associations of tenants and landlords in retail, hospitality and real estate present the Green Lease: the new standard for making clear and achievable agreements on the sustainability of retail and hospitality properties.
The Green Lease is a practical addendum to the lease agreement and supports tenants and landlords in voluntarily and in a structured manner holding discussions on sustainability. The instrument allows for customisation and parties determine for themselves which agreements they make and under which terms and conditions.
During PROVADA, BouwLab R&Do and The Green Village will be providing the content programming for the Innovation Café. The fiscal threshold for foreign pension funds and insurers to invest in the Dutch housing market must be significantly lowered. That is the view of Mark Siezen, CEO of asset manager Bouwinvest. 'Foreign capital is absolutely essential to meet the enormous housing construction challenge. That requires a stable housing policy and fiscal climate.
