Amsterdam, 19 February 2026 - At a pivotal political and economic moment, PROVADA - the largest real estate exhibition in the Netherlands - is launching a dedicated International Investment Day on Thursday 11 June 2026 at RAI Amsterdam.
We're excited to be back! With these words, we opened PROVADA's annual kick-off event for exhibitors. We're looking forward to shaping the upcoming edition together. During the kick-off, we walked you through our plans, announced new initiatives, and shared our international ambitions.
International capital is currently not finding its way to the Netherlands - and therefore to PROVADA - sufficiently. While the demand for new construction is substantial, an accumulation of fiscal and legal regulations has reduced the country's attractiveness for foreign investors. This calls for action as well as collaboration. PROVADA sees a clear opportunity here. As a collective, we can position the Netherlands and its real estate sectors more strongly towards international investors and companies. Together with investors, advisors and government bodies, we can once again put the Dutch real estate story convincingly on the international map.
