How do we create affordable business space in a pressured real estate market?
During this practical session, we explore the strength of collaboration between public and private parties. Using two practical examples, we discuss what works, where bottlenecks arise, and how we can jointly overcome obstacles. Business Center Bedrijvige Bij specialises in tailoring the rental of flexible business space for city-serving business activity in the Zaanstreek region. Werkcorporatie Amsterdam (WCA) is a call for proposals to the market to do the same in the capital, with affordability as the key requirement.

We will, under the guidance of Jan Jager, discuss success factors, pitfalls, and the moments when collaboration can break down. This will be followed by a panel discussion featuring, among others, Cees-Jan Pen (SKBN, Fontys), Rinske Brand (BRAND The Urban Agency) and Aart Cooiman (Rabobank), with a focus on deeper insight and debate.

Don’t miss this opportunity to gain insights and exchange experiences about the future of affordable business space.
