Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Groningen are working within the Samenwerkingsagenda on future-proof area development.
Cities are renewing their ways of working and taking concrete steps towards digitalisation, with the aim of making housing delivery faster, smarter and better implementable. In doing so, cities and the central government work closely together to scale up successful approaches nationwide.

The focus is on the practical deployment of digital support for area development and urban planning. Think about 3D models, digital area dossiers and support for design, participation and permitting processes. Cities are also working on better insight into the programming, planning and delivery of housing assignments.

In this session, the cities share short practical stories about their approach, the use of digital twins, collaboration between stakeholders and the lessons they learn along the way. Not standalone pilots, but examples of an integrated approach that provides the basis for nationwide scaling.

The Samenwerkingsagenda is made possible in part by Agenda Stad (BZK), the DMI ecosystem (IenW, BZK, cities and businesses), and the Innovatie- en Opschalingsprogramma Woningbouw (BZK/VRO)
