Sievers, managing director of Woonpartners in Helmond, won this prestigious award in the Heroes category. He is also one of the driving forces behind WoonST, a collaboration between 13 housing corporations and nine municipalities in the Eindhoven metropolitan area, with the aim of building affordable, sustainable, and social housing more quickly and thus contributing to reducing the shortage on the housing market.
