How do we accelerate scale-up and create momentum?
Clustered housing is popular with residents and helps foster a sense of community. How is it that the construction of these housing types is still lagging behind, and how can we speed up the scale-up?

During a panel discussion, moderated by Joost Hoebink, there will be a discussion about realised clustered housing concepts such as Knarrenhofjes, the pros and cons of these housing ideas, obstacles during development and delivery, and the opportunities and plans of the recently established WIZE foundation.

In a panel with the WIZE foundation, property developer AM and Woonzorg Nederland, particular attention will be paid to the question of why the realisation of clustered housing is not yet being taken up more widely, and what opportunities there are for developers to get started with this concept.

Be inspired by practical experience and join us for this lunch session!

Speakers: Joest Hoebink (moderator), Prof.dr. P.J. Boelhouwer (TU Delft), Lars Drijvers (AM), Harry Platte (Woonzorg Nederland)
