What are the entrance prices for PROVADA 2026?
All entrance tickets are personal and valid for 3 days.

Early Bird (until April 14, 2026) €250,- excl. VAT
Student entrance ticket* € 35,- excl. VAT

Exhibitors

Entrance tickets booth staff €145,- excl. VAT
Entrance ticket for inviting relations €145,- excl. VAT
*Are you a student at a real estate-related program and do you want to buy a ticket for PROVADA, please send an email to info@provada.nl with your name, copy of student ID, school and a brief motivation.

Ordering tickets by invoice is possible until May 26, 2026. Do you want to order more than 20 tickets by invoice? Send an email to finance@provada.nl.

When will I receive my entrance ticket?
After you have made a successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to register the ticket (personalize it). After your successful registration, you will immediately receive your official fair badge in your email. Print your badge and bring it to the fair. You will receive the badge holder and lanyard at the entrance of PROVADA. If you have not received the registration link or the badge in your email, please contact us via info@provada.nl or +31 (0)30 605 1424..
Can I also use an entrance ticket for PROVADA for multiple people?
The entrance ticket is personal and non-transferable after registration. If you are unable to attend and have not yet visited the fair, we can put the ticket in another name. For this, please contact us via info@provada.nl or +31 (0)30 605 1424..
Are there tickets for 1 day for sale?
There are no day tickets for sale. All entrance tickets are valid for 3 days and are personal (non-transferable).
Can I buy an entrance ticket by invoice?
You can buy an entrance ticket for PROVADA 2026 by invoice until May 26, 2026. For tickets by invoice, we will charge administration costs. This amount is €12.50 excl. VAT for 2026.
I accidentally entered a wrong photo/email address when registering my ticket, how do I solve this?
No worries, that happens more often! To solve it, you can send an email to info@provada.nl with the entered information and the new, correct information. We will adjust the information behind the scenes and send a new access ticket.
I bought a ticket for PROVADA but unfortunately cannot attend, what should I do?
You can have your ticket (official fair badge) transferred to another name. Contact PROVADA prior to the fair via info@provada.nl or +31 (0)30 605 1424.. We cannot refund the money for tickets that have already been purchased.
