Flyering

Flyering is not permitted on the exhibition floor or outside the entrance. Flyering is only permitted at and around your stand (with a maximum distance of 1 meter).

Mandatory: Registering meetings with amplified sound

Various activities/meetings are organized at many of the stands. In order to coordinate everything properly, we kindly request that you notify PROVADA in advance of any meetings at which you will be using amplified sound. You can register your meetings on ‘my PROVADA’.

Mandatory: Registration of speakers, meetings, and activities at stands

Organizing meetings at stands is permitted provided that they comply with the applicable protocols and are registered in advance of the event by the exhibitor via ‘my PROVADA’. Without PROVADA's approval, exhibitors are not permitted to organize activities or events in collaboration with companies that are not participating in PROVADA and which could potentially lead to a conflict of interest for the organization, other exhibitors, and media partners.

Mandatory: Registration of entertainment

In order to coordinate everything properly and to ensure that entertainment remains limited, you must register this in good time via “my PROVADA.” Entertainment/amplified sound is only permitted from 4:30 p.m. onwards. By entertainment, we mean a DJ, musician, actor, band, or magician. Wind and string instruments (such as saxophone, violin, trumpet, etc.) are not permitted at PROVADA due to their penetrating sound.

In all cases, consultation with PROVADA is required. You must take into account the applicable protocols, such as volume and decibels. The basic principle is that other exhibitors should not be disturbed by your entertainment. The use of so-called running lights (which are a nuisance to neighboring stands), smoke machines, and laser projections is not permitted. Permission will not be granted for projections in the aisles or on the walls and ceilings of the halls.

Mandatory: Registration of media for meetings at stands

Exhibitors are responsible for registering media (and media activities) in good time for meetings or activities at stands by sending an email to bijeenkomsten@provada.nl

Without PROVADA's approval, it is not permitted to use (media) companies that are not (contractually) participating in PROVADA for this purpose. This could potentially lead to a conflict of interest for existing media partners. PROVADA will provide more information about the options offered by current media partners upon request.

Hostesses & models

We kindly request that you ensure that hired personnel, such as hostesses, models, and bar staff, are dressed appropriately and registered with PROVADA. All personnel require an access badge.
