As an exhibitor, can I use my own catering?
RAI Catering is the exclusive caterer within the RAI. It is therefore not allowed to work with your own caterer at the PROVADA, in connection with the hygiene regulations within the RAI Amsterdam. If you nevertheless wish to use your own catering, you will have to pay a buyout amount to the RAI.
