During setup and dismantling periods, RAI Amsterdam is only accessible with a valid setup and dismantling badge. Everyone who enters the halls during setup and dismantling of events must register online.
We kindly request that you have everyone register as much as possible in advance to promote a faster flow upon arrival at the RAI. If this is not possible, you can also register yourself on site at the relevant registration point.
The link to order your setup badge will be available soon. After registration, each registered person will receive a digital voucher. This must be printed out and taken to one of the registration points at Amsterdam RAI. Upon presentation of the voucher, you will receive a personal setup and dismantling badge that provides access during setup and dismantling of the event. The registration points are open from the 1st setup day and are located at recognizable locations at Amsterdam RAI.

The aisles must be cleared of large materials from Monday June 8 from 18:00 and at 22:00 you must deliver the booth.
