During setup and dismantling periods, RAI Amsterdam is only accessible with a valid setup and dismantling badge. Everyone who enters the halls during setup and dismantling of events must register online.
We kindly request that you have everyone register as much as possible in advance to promote a faster flow upon arrival at the RAI. If this is not possible, you can also register yourself on site at the relevant registration point.

Setup badge PROVADA

To keep RAI Amsterdam safe for everyone, the RAI has established a number of safety rules. One of these rules is that all transporters, stand builders, and exhibitors must be registered before accessing the build-up or breakdown periods of events.

Obligation to register

Each transporter, stand builder, and exhibitor requiring access to the RAI during these periods must be registered in advance. Are you coming with several colleagues? Each person must register individually. Registration is possible via this link.
