Traditional bank financing is increasingly getting stuck: stricter credit criteria, higher equity requirements and limited appetite for development risk. In this NVM talk, Copernicus will show how new financing models with alternative capital—for example, a pre-development bridge or a bridge-to-sale—actually make projects possible in practice.
