The rental housing market is shrinking due to sell-offs, but Dutch investors are investing heavily in new build. What can we expect from, and what can we improve regarding, the investment climate in the residential investment market? We will conduct a trend analysis of investments in the Dutch rental housing market and work together to find an answer to the question: how can this market be made more attractive for Dutch and international investors? We need them all to keep the housing stock at an adequate level and to achieve housing construction targets.
