De woonzorgopgave wacht niet.
The care housing challenge cannot wait.
The demand for suitable homes for older people is growing rapidly. At the same time, there is a huge opportunity to connect housing and care more intelligently. Not tomorrow, but today.
How do we make the step from care housing vision to delivery? And how do we harness the power of market parties, real estate investors and developers to bring life-course-ready housing forms to fruition in practice?
In this session, we will look at the opportunities and bottlenecks that come with this. We will discuss practical solutions: from dealing flexibly with land-use designations and smart care housing concepts to scalable care in the neighbourhood and savings within the Wmo.
The need is clear. The capital is available. Social urgency is increasing. That is why this is the moment to work together on living environments where seniors can live independently, comfortably and connected to their surroundings—places that encourage people to meet, contribute to health and are ready for the future.
Everyone is warmly welcome to attend this session. We especially invite municipalities to join. They play a key role in accelerating the transition from care housing vision to delivery.
Speakers:

Not a man of one company, but a man of movements. His strength? Not shouting from the sidelines, but starting new companies himself that set the market in motion and challenge existing systems. That's how the jury of the PROVADA Inspiration Award 2026 describes winner Michel Baars. 'Michel gives direction to our entire construction and real estate sector.'

For three days, the real estate sector stood shoulder to shoulder at RAI Amsterdam. With a record number of visitors, a packed programme and plenty of energy, PROVADA 2026 was an edition to remember. Below, we look back at the highlights — and at the end you'll find the photos and aftermovie to relive it all.
