Unfortunately, we are still not managing to attract enough women onboard. We believe that perceptions play a role. Many women think — wrongly — that a job with a real estate investor is not for them.
To break this myth, we are organising speed dating sessions at our stand on Wednesday 10 June from 15:30 to 16:30. Only for women, and only with women from ARE. An open conversation, 1-to-1, where you can ask all the questions you have.

During PROVADA, BouwLab R&Do and The Green Village will be providing the content programming for the Innovation Café. The fiscal threshold for foreign pension funds and insurers to invest in the Dutch housing market must be significantly lowered. That is the view of Mark Siezen, CEO of asset manager Bouwinvest. 'Foreign capital is absolutely essential to meet the enormous housing construction challenge. That requires a stable housing policy and fiscal climate. I am hopeful: the new minister recognises this and will act on it.'
