The discussion will centre on the RICS standard Responsible Use of AI and the practical dilemmas that arise whenapplying AI in real estate practice. Drawing on recent interviews with RICS members, we will explore where opportunities lie and where clear boundaries are essential.
The objective of this session is straightforward: to keep the topic high on the agenda and engage directly with you. What questions areemerging? Where do challenges arise in practice? And what does responsible use of AI mean in concrete terms?
In collaboration with IVBN and ASRE, we will also look ahead to the announced joint Day of Ethics in Real Estate in 2027.You are warmly invited to join us for a thoughtful discussion and a good breakfast.
