The real estate sector is changing rapidly and requires more than just specialist knowledge. Increasingly, it’s about the ability to provide direction in situations that aren’t simply black and white. In this podcast, the Amsterdam School of Real Estate shares its vision on leadership in real estate: what it means today, why it is essential right now, and how professionals can develop in this area. Through the Master of Real Estate, we show how leadership development is given concrete form within the programme and how this helps professionals operate more effectively in practice. As an addition, we bring in a practitioner perspective via an MRE alumnus, who can reflect on applying these skills in the field.
