Maasterras: a new residential district close to the station and the city centre
In the coming years, Dordrecht will be developing a completely new, green and sustainable residential district between the railway line, the A16 motorway, Krispijn and the Oude Maas: Maasterras. A pleasant green place to live, work and stay.
The new district will be located in a central spot close to the station and the city centre. It will become an attractive city gateway that links the area more effectively with the city centre and the Krispijn district. In Maasterras phase 1, we will build more than 2,000 rental and owner-occupied homes. This helps ensure that more housing is available for residents of our city and the region.

During PROVADA, BouwLab R&Do and The Green Village will be providing the content programming for the Innovation Café. The fiscal threshold for foreign pension funds and insurers to invest in the Dutch housing market must be significantly lowered. That is the view of Mark Siezen, CEO of asset manager Bouwinvest.
