Michael Hesp advises a diverse range of clients through Fakton Consultancy on complex issues across the entire real estate value chain. Michael has extensive experience with public and private sector entities, a highly developed analytical ability, and a solid presence at the table. His qualities enable him to provide well-supported advice and to connect parties from a substantive perspective. Internally at Fakton, Michael is responsible for knowledge management. Previously, he was Head of Strategy Netherlands at CBRE Investment Management and involved in shaping and communicating various investment strategies. Before that, Michael was Head of Research at JLL and had worked at Fakton earlier in his career. Michael is a columnist for Vastgoedmarkt and shares his thought-provoking opinions bi-monthly.
