Carla Rodenburg

Carla Rodenburg was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Netherlands division as of 1 October 2024. She originally joined BAM in October 2020 as Executive Director of BAM Infra Netherlands and has been part of the Executive Committee since October 2024.

Before joining BAM, Carla was Vice President at Stork Europe and a member of Stork’s executive leadership team. Earlier, she held various senior roles at Shell, focusing on general management and business development. Her career began as a strategic consultant.

Carla holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and completed her MBA at Rotterdam School of Management and Duke University in the United States.
