Arjan Peerboom

Arjan Peerboom is CEO and Board Member at Capital Value. He is accountable for all transaction, valuation and consultancy services of Capital Value in the residential and care real estate market. Arjan specialises in new-build transactions and, over the past few years, has successfully guided a large number of deals. He is committed every day to reducing the housing shortage in the Netherlands, with a focus on creating opportunities through collaboration between various stakeholders in the housing market. He also regularly advises on the effects of (future) legislation and regulations.
