At PROVADA, Deloitte is once again hosting a festive get-together centred on the publication of the Real Estate Predictions (REP). In this annual publication, experts share their vision on the most important trends and developments in the real estate sector, this year with a strong focus on the impact of AI.
The session will be opened by a keynote speaker addressing the central themes of the REP and the role of AI in the transformation of the sector. This will be followed by a discussion of the key insights from the latest edition.
During the programme, the Real Estate Predictions will be officially presented to Mats Klein (Orange Capital Partners). The session will be guided by Viona Borreman (Audit partner Deloitte).
Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to continue the conversation informally and network with professionals and experts from the sector in the Deloitte Lounge.

On Tuesday 9 June at 10:00 AM, PROVADA will be officially opened by Lieutenant General Dick van Ingen, Deputy Director-General of Policy at the Ministry of Defence. Through his contribution, PROVADA underlines the current and growing intersections between Defence and the real estate sector.

The fiscal threshold for foreign pension funds and insurers to invest in the Dutch housing market must be significantly lowered. That is the view of Mark Siezen, CEO of asset manager Bouwinvest. 'Foreign capital is absolutely essential to meet the enormous housing construction challenge. That requires a stable housing policy and fiscal climate. I am hopeful: the new minister recognises this and will act on it.'
