About Yvette Watson

Yvette Watson (1982) is a sustainability-focused entrepreneur at heart. Through her company PHI Factory, she supports organizations in achieving their sustainable and circular goals and challenges market players to create system change. She is also a co-founder of The 2B Collective, a gamified learning platform designed to activate large groups of people to think and act more sustainably. With this powerful behavioral change tool, she aims to involve the collective on a massive scale in the transition to a sustainable world of tomorrow. Sustainability is in her blood, having pursued various green goals from a young age. 'I took action for Greenpeace, WNF, and the Animal Protection Society, waving homemade signs. But throughout my youth, I learned that I can influence people more positively by showing them what their sphere of influence and action perspectives are.' Raised in a social entrepreneurial family, she learned the firm belief that everyone can make a difference. Major changes are built up from many small steps. After completing a higher professional education in Facility Management and spending 12 years working at various companies, she made the switch to entrepreneurship in 2016.
