Wouter Orth has been working at the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning since the end of 2024. He has years of experience in area and project development, real estate financing, and collaborations with both public and private parties.

Wouter Orth has a background as a civil engineer and business economist.

Furthermore, he has worked in various roles and from different parties on housing development projects and will bring this knowledge and experience into the debate on collaboration and how parties can jointly accelerate housing development.
