Noah Baars

Noah Baars, as a program manager for Clean and Emission-Free Building, focuses on making the Dutch national building portfolio more sustainable. He does this, among other things, by exploring ways to electrify the construction process. He investigates potential synergies between various ambitions (circular economy - nature-inclusive building - water management), where the long term is considered alongside the short term.
