Project Manager Longer Home Agreement Gemeente Rotterdam

About Tineke Keuzenkamp-van Emmerik

Tineke Keuzenkamp has been employed by the municipality of Rotterdam since March 2022 as Program Manager LTA. In 2020, this Longer Home Agreement was signed, giving Rotterdam an answer to the dual aging that the city is facing. Rotterdam does this in collaboration with over 40 partners: housing associations, healthcare and welfare organizations, developers, senior citizens' associations, investors, and health insurers. The shared ambition is that older people can stay longer in their own environment.

Previously, Tineke was active with the Province of South Holland in the energy transition, including as Program Manager for the H2GO program (hydrogen for Goeree-Overflakkee). Prior to that, she was active for 20 years with the CDA, serving two terms as a municipal councilor in Capelle aan den IJssel and three terms as alderman in Capelle aan den IJssel and Ridderkerk. Besides her work, Tineke is chair of the Supervisory Board of De Vijverhof, a residential care center in Capelle aan den IJssel, and a member of the Members' Council of WNL.

Tineke describes her own functioning and motivation as follows: decisive and committed. I am repeatedly challenged by the many current themes that demand answers. Especially by the energy transition and the transition of government and healthcare. I am at my best when I am searching for solutions to complex questions. I first seek connection with other involved parties. Thanks to my endurance, drive, and ability to connect people, I contribute to solutions that can garner support.
