Shuly Themans

Shuly Themans is a Strategic Real Estate Consultant within the Work Dynamics team at JLL Netherlands. In this team, she specializes in Workplace and Change Management projects and helps organizations develop new workplace strategies daily and guides employees through the transition to a new environment.

Her passion for the built environment arose when she was a high school student cycling past the Zuidas every day on her way to school and watching the Zuidas develop around her. The decision to study Civil Engineering at TU Delft was therefore made quickly. With a growing interest in data analysis and strategic 'puzzling' within a creative framework, Shuly started her master's in Management in the Built Environment with an internship at JLL.

What she enjoys most about working in consulting is that she can dive into the corporate cultures of each client on every project, making every day unique!
