Ronald van der Waals

In 2008, Ronald joined CBRE Global Investors (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) as Asset Manager for office investments in The Hague and Rotterdam and the Dutch logistics portfolio. He became Portfolio Manager for the Dutch investments of a Pan-European fund in 2012. Ronald was also responsible for the redevelopment of the office building Brondankulma in downtown Helsinki, Finland. In 2016, Ronald was appointed Portfolio Director of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund. Before joining CBRE Global Investors, Ronald worked for a year at ING Real Estate Development as a graduate trainee.

Ronald holds a diploma from the Investment Education Program offered by the University of Cambridge and the International Property Forum, and has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.

Ronald is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
