Ronald Huikeshoven

Ronald Huikeshoven is managing director of area developer AM. As a developer of impact, AM focuses on social challenges in its development process. AM sets high standards in area development and bases its mission on three impact themes: move to climate positivity, design for wellbeing, and create social impact.

With an inspiring vision and based on conceptual strength, innovation, and co-creation, AM collaborates with governments, investors, housing associations, social organizations, residents, and other real estate users. This results in exceptional and high-quality areas for living, working, shopping, and recreation.

Ronald Huikeshoven was born in Amsterdam. After completing his studies, he worked at various companies in the restoration and renovation sectors. During this work, he completed the NVM broker training, Postgraduate Real Estate Studies, and became a Chartered Surveyor. With the knowledge gained, he became active in area development.

In addition to his work at area developer AM, Ronald is active in various boards: Stichting Kennis Gebiedsontwikkeling, DGBC, Holland Metropool, Placemaking Europe, and as a supervisory director at healthcare organization Cordaan.
