Rob Haans

Rob Haans is Chairman of the Board of the Alliance, one of the largest housing corporations in the Netherlands, serving the northern wing of the Randstad. With a balance sheet total of 13.2 billion euros, the Alliance, as a social enterprise, rents out 58,000 homes and invests approximately 400 million euros annually in new housing, sustainability, and home improvements.

He is socially engaged and responsible for housing, property development, and change management projects, often involving innovation or restructuring, with an entrepreneurial and business-oriented background.

Additionally, he is a board member of the Bouwcampus and a member of the Client Forum in construction. He also holds governance and oversight roles at Keukenhof, the Book Sellers Association KBb, and the health insurer Zorg en Zekerheid. At BPD, he serves as an external advisor to the Real Estate Investment Committee.
