Aart Cooiman

Aart is a go-to source of expertise for colleagues when dealing with client questions in the field of real estate and portfolio strategy, land, construction and investment financing, and specialist forms of living. He has a comprehensive view of the real estate market in its entirety, with a specific focus on South-West Netherlands. Since June 2007, Aart has worked for Rabobank, where until 2015 he was part of FGH Bank. Prior to that, he held various management and advisory roles, including regional director Arnhem–Nijmegen at housing association Stichting Portaal and sales director Europe at Holec in the electrical engineering industry. In addition, he was active for some time as an independent business management consultant. Aart also has twelve years’ experience as a commissioner at a student housing association in Enschede. Aart has a broad academic and professional background. He was trained as a Technical Business Engineer and Computer Scientist at the University of Twente and has also completed a range of role-specific training programmes and courses. He holds the titles ir., RI and MRICS.
