Peter van der Gugten

Peter van der Gugten studied Architecture at TU Delft. He has been director at Housing Corporation Society for Public Housing in Rotterdam, which later became known as Woonstad Rotterdam. Subsequently, he became director at Proper-Stok Group B.V., where he was responsible for several large urban development projects. These projects often had a significant social and cultural impact. In his current role as director at Heijmans Real Estate, he is responsible for both large urban and suburban developments with commercial and social impact. Additionally, he is chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Rotterdam Architecture Institute.
