Paul Oremus

Paul Oremus is Country Manager & Manager Dutch Funds at CBRE Investment Management.

Paul has gained 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has been working at the company since 1998, starting in the Treasury & Risk department. In 2000, he moved to the Corporate Control department. After holding various roles within the company - including CFO/COO of the Netherlands - he was appointed Fund Manager of the CBRE Dutch Residential Fund (DRES) in 2014, and in 2021, as Fund Manager, he launched the CBRE European Residential Impact Fund (ERIF). On April 1, 2022, Paul was appointed Fund Manager of the three Dutch real estate investment funds.
