Pien de Jong

Pien de Jong is an executive in elderly care in Amsterdam at ZGAO and, in this role, one of the drivers of the city-wide Lang Leven Thuisflats program. In addition to her work as a care executive, she is a supervisor in elderly care and a member of the Advisory Council at the College for the Rights of Man. De Jong has been working in long-term care since 2012, with a focus on HR, strategy, quality, and innovation.
