Martijn Vlasveld is Managing Director and Head of ESG at Edmond de Rothschild REIM, where he is responsible for enhancing the sustainability of the buildings and funds managed by Edmond de Rothschild for institutional and private investors. In addition, Martijn is Portfolio Manager of the Benelux Commercial Real Estate Fund, a portfolio of 21 primarily historic office and retail properties in the top-6 cities of the Benelux, with the aim of generating sustainable returns. Martijn also serves on the Supervisory Board of the Dutch Green Building Council and chairs the Paris Proof working group for offices, and is a member of INREV’s ESG Committee and ULI’s Sustainability Council.
