Marloes van der Meulen

Marloes van der Meulen trained as a lawyer and has extensive experience at Deloitte Real Estate as an expert and discussion partner for developers, healthcare institutions, and housing corporations. She is a land development specialist at Heijmans Real Estate. For example, in the physical improvement of Overvecht, Marloes is currently working with the National Program for Co-creating New-West within the same fields. Where Marloes previously advised, she can now genuinely address and realize problems. Bringing alliance partners together and creating a joint approach with the people involved is her strength. She feels most at home in neighborhoods that need care and attention, where she can make a difference, especially when the task involves more than just housing.
