Michael Hesp advises clients from Fakton Consultancy on a variety of complex issues across the entire real estate value chain. Michael has extensive experience with both public and private organizations, a strongly developed analytical ability, and brings solidity to the table. With these qualities, Michael provides well-supported advice and facilitates connections between parties based on substance. Internally at Fakton, Michael is responsible for knowledge management. Previously, Michael was Head of Strategy Netherlands at CBRE Investment Management, where he was involved in shaping and communicating various investment strategies. Before that, he was Head of Research at JLL and had worked at Fakton earlier in his career. Michael is a columnist for Vastgoedmarkt and shares his provocative opinions every two months.
