Paul van Stiphout

Paul van Stiphout was appointed Fund Manager Residential Investments at Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors in 2024. Bouwinvest is an institutional investment manager founded in 1952, with €17.8 billion in assets under management (year-end 2025). The firm manages diversified real estate portfolios across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America, with residential real estate being one of its core investment strategies (€10.1 billion residential AUM as of year-end 2025).

Paul has been active in the real estate investment management industry since 2004, having held senior positions at APG Asset Management and CBRE Investment Management. He brings extensive expertise in the structuring, implementation, and management of real estate investment strategies across multiple geographies and sectors.

Paul holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management and Development from Eindhoven University of Technology.
