Jauke Klein is the commercial director at Plegt-Vos Oost, an innovative builder with a clear mission: to build faster, more sustainably, and more affordably. With his team and the in-house Smart Homes Factory, he shapes residential, work, and living pleasure. “Using CO₂ reducers to build affordably, that works well.”

At Plegt-Vos, everything revolves around people and the joy we experience together. We don't just build houses but create places where people truly feel at home. With 600 colleagues, we develop, build, and make homes and apartments more sustainable throughout the Netherlands—in collaboration with housing associations, developers, investors, healthcare institutions, and municipalities.
