Hans Broere

Hans Broere will be the Head of Programming and Management at the Housing Policy Directorate of the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning (VRO) starting January 1, 2025. He leads the department responsible for setting housing development targets, programming housing in the Netherlands, and overseeing the management of the housing system. Additionally, the department develops policies for an attractive investment climate and faster procedures, and ensures the importance of housing construction in long-term spatial planning (space notes). In his role at the ministry, he plays an important role in creating an attractive investment climate for both domestic and international investors.
