Hans Meurs

Hans Meurs has been responsible for the strategy and management of VORM Holding as CEO since 2003. Over the past twenty years, VORM has transformed under his leadership from a pure builder into a versatile construction-focused project developer. Thanks in part to this course, VORM's turnover has increased sevenfold during this period, making it one of the fastest-growing construction project developers in the Netherlands.

Since 2018, there has been an increasing emphasis on the social impact of VORM: improving the livability in Dutch neighborhoods, accelerating the construction of affordable homes, and greening real estate. VORM invests, among other things, in societal and sector-wide initiatives that stimulate innovation and digital acceleration in the real estate sector.

In addition to VORM, Hans is committed to increased collaboration and digitalization within the construction value chain, which aims to reduce construction and development costs and speed up the building of affordable homes.
