Frans Merks (48) has worked at BPD Woningfonds since 2020, also in the role of senior Asset Manager. In his capacity as Portfolio Manager, he focuses on building and managing the portfolio as well as on the development and delivery phases, with a focus on housing for older people. Previously, Merks worked for a long time as Head of Development for WPM Groep, which later joined Colliers International, where he focused on commercial real estate. In recent years, within the fund, he has specialised in the Housing and Care domain for the elderly.
