Eric Nagengast

Eric Nagengast is the Real Estate Director at Rochdale. Since November 2015, the social geographer (graduate of the University of Amsterdam) has been working for the housing association. Prior to that, he was an eleven-year project developer at Lieven de Key.

Rochdale rents, manages, and maintains 38,000 homes in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. The company thus provides housing for about eighty thousand people. Rochdale's focus is on creating strong neighborhoods with good housing and amenities for everyone. Over the next ten years, an ambitious real estate program has been set in motion under Eric’s leadership: new construction and renovation/sustainability of over ten thousand social rental homes in the Amsterdam metropolitan region.
